A sunny loft with a closet and a private bathroom in a three-bedroom apartment is available on April 1st.
The room is furnished (mattress, desk, chairs) but you could also bring your furniture or bring loft bed down.

Located in Bushwick (L train to Dekalb Ave).
It will take you 12 minutes to get to Manhattan by subway.

The apartment has high ceilings, lots of light, a fully equipped kitchen, a living space, and two bathrooms. The building is new and equipped with a gym and laundry.

We are two ladies (roommates) living a good life and would like to share the third bedroom with someone who wants to join us (3 or 6 months, if it's a right match maybe 1 year)

We keep our home very clean. Hope you do too. Basic skills of communication, consideration, and kindness are appreciated.
No parties, please!

Requirements for a new roommate: a proof of Job, and income.

Utilities are included. One month's rent and one month's security deposit are required to move in.
