I’m 27 and work seasonally aboard cruise ships as a stewardess. I’m currently taking some time off and planning to relocate to Missouri around mid-to-late January. I’m looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to settle while I transition back into work. I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. Housekeeping is also a big part of my professional background, so I’m accustomed to sharing living spaces and keeping things tidy!

As for finances, I’m currently between contracts and receive regular payments through my divorce settlement, which comfortably cover my living expenses. I can provide documentation of the agreement, payment history, and bank statements in place of traditional employment pay stubs. I just wanted to check whether alternative income verification would work with your rental requirements!

* Cleaning: How are responsibilities divided among roommates? Is there a rotating schedule for common areas?
* Guests: What are the general rules regarding visitors? Are occasional overnight guests permitted, for example, when a friend or family member is visiting from out of town? I’m not someone who hosts parties, just wondering about the general flexibility with guests.
* Parking: I drive a Subaru Outback. Is there designated parking or is it street parking? If street parking, is it generally easy to find a spot, and have there been any vehicle safety issues?
* House rules: Are there any general expectations regarding noise, shared spaces, schedules, or other household arrangements?
