Looking for a roommate to fill an empty room in a house in Brentwood! 2 people currently living there are early/mid 20s professionals. House and bedroom are fully furnished. Relevent details below:
Rent: $750/mo. Month-to month agreement with the landlord, so no need for a binding lease (however we do hope you'll stay long term!)
Utilities: ~$125/mo
Location: Brentwood, about 10 minute drive from UT campus, 10 minute drive from The Domain. Having a car is recommended for the area. Close to HEB, multiple bars, restaurants, and gyms. Right between Burnet Rd. and North Lamar.
Amenities: Large backyard with grill and fire pit. Offstreet covered parking. In unit laundry. Large communal television and speakers. Basic furnishing for bedroom (desk and bed) are already available.
Availability: Room will be available starting late May/early June. You will need to share a bathroom with one other person (me).
Other Roommates: Besides myself, there is also a wonderful recent Texas A&M graduate moving into the house with her cat. It is a mixed-gender house, so happy to have a new male or female roommate.
