Crown Heights 3Bed2Bath looking for 2 roommates May 3 move-in, $1200 - $1600

Hey y'all! I'm looking for roommates to join me on a lease start on May 3 for an apartment in Crown Heights. If you're one person or a pair and this sounds interesting, feel free to reach out!
I've already toured the place and signed the lease, so I'm looking for people interested in joining me on the lease. You'd be added as an additional occupant.

Who I'm looking for: I'm open to just about anyone! My three big things are that you're clean, you like to get out every once in a while, and you aren't noisy late at night/early in the morning.

Location: It's right next to Brower park. 10-15 minute walk north to Nostrand Ave A/C, and 10-15 minute walk south to Nostrand Ave 2/3/4/5. The street is quiet, safe, and residential. Tons of restaurants, bars, night-life, etc nearby as well.

Apartment: Dishwasher, in-apartment laundry, central air, tons of light, high ceilings, roof access, storage in the basement.

Rooms: It's a 3 bed 2 bath. One room has a private bathroom ($1600). The room next to that is about the same size, but no private bathroom ($1400), the final room is smaller ($1200). All rooms have a closet and can fit a fill bed and a small desk at least. I am open to negotiation on the individual room pricing.

A bit about me: I'm Nick. I'm 23 years old moving to NYC for a new job. I consistently work in office, and I like to cook! I typically try to start my day around 7:00-7:30 AM. I value a clean apartment.

In my free time I like to lift and run, play a videogame here and there, and go out with friends. I've also been making silver jewelry on and off for a few years.
