Eliceo F - $750/month

Looking for someone who’s responsible and pays her rent on time. Someone who can clean up after herself and doesn’t need to be told multiple times. we clean our shared spaces every Friday or Saturday night depending how our schedules goes for the week. We generally keep to ourselves BUT will always be here if you need to talk. We have had different roommates and we still have a connection/relationship with them. Unfortunately they outgrew the apartment and have gone to better things in life and were happy for them. We have 3 parties a year when we’ll have over 30 people and your welcome to be here and participate that’s the only time that the house is full so people.
