Roommate Info:

-budget: going off the 40x rule, $1300. however I’m personally comfortable going higher since I have healthy savings from living at home. also have good credit score, can find a guarantor, able to pay a large deposit, or otherwise find ways to make things work!

-work: I work 100% remote, so will be home during the day

-location: very flexible because of WFH but generally prefer somewhere pretty central or close to a station

-timeline: no hard move-in deadline! would prefer to take the time to find a good place

-sleep: generally sleep at 1-2am up at 9-10am

-noise/visitors/: I’m generally sociable but introverted, and like going out as much as staying in. Overall I’m quiet, and tend to go out to visit friends but am fine with having people over.

-cleanliness: I like keeping things clean but am not strict aside from no shoes in the house

-kitchen: I cook just the basics to feed myself!

-room wishlist: would REALLY love a closet and a window but otherwise flexible

-roommates: prefer other young East Asian women (makes trips to the Asian grocery easier!), but open! LGBTQ friendly. pet friendly.

-grew up and currently in NJ! may go home occasionally on weekends
