Looking for a roommate to fill an unfurnished queen/full size room in a 2 bed / 1 bath. This room looks out onto a quiet green garden and has exposed brick with high ceilings. The bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment from the other bedroom with a large shared living room, bathroom, and kitchen in between. Their are rubber floors ,shelves,track lighting ,good walls..working studio.
Just one block from the Jefferson L, this apartment is on the 3rd floor with a great view of manhattan from the roof. In the unit there is a washer/dryer (!), dishwasher, and microwave. The living room is large enough to have a couch with a TV across as well as a comfortable dining table. Right in the heart of Bushwick we're very close to great shops, restaurants, and bars.
I just rented the apartment and it is empty. These are recent photos, I will be showing the space.
