I'm a neat freak. I LOOOOVE to clean. I won't utilize the common areas very often. I respect everyone's space and privacy and expect the same in return. I have a pitbull but she stays in my room all day except when I take her out to do her business. Very well behaved, never barks friendly to anyone she meets. I'm in a relationship and my significant other will be accompanying me. He's very quiet, keeps to himself, works nights. We don't have many people over, every now and again someone might come by for a bit but it's usually a pretty brief visit.
