I say good morning / hello but otherwise will be ghost if not socially interacted with. Handy and comfortable traversing Chicago. Dishes are my weakpoint, so dishwasher is a must. Searching for *SPACIOUS* habitation (my pets, 3d printer, cal-king bed, and workout bench demand a lot of space). Ok with any kind of roommate(s) with a few exceptions: I take issues with Smoking (plant matter of any kind, but vape OK), large (15lb+) dogs, and children under the age of 5.
