Literally around the corner from the Q train in the safest neighborhood, 20 mins to canal street about 35-40 mins into midtown. 2 stops away from ditmas park packed with cafes and bars. Also around the corner from famous Brooklyn pizza shop Di fara’s.

The apartment is a 3 bedroom! Complete with large balcony (Awesome for the summer), additional storage room we all use and living room, kitchen (fully stocked we even have a ninja blender!) , bathroom.

You’ll be living with two other roommates. We’re chill 420 friendly, don’t mind guests overnight, and pretty clean..

If you have any other questions please feel free to message me, we’re looking for a roommate for May 15th. No fees just a 700 dollar deposit and your room is $800 a month plus utilities.
