Large bedroom to yourself in a 3 bedroom place. Quiet & no drama place. Per city-data, this town is extremely safe. I'd
prefer roommie to be intelligent (although not a requirement). I'm open for a couple to live here. You'd have your own
locked 17' x 10' bedroom in the 3 bedroom apartment. There is a lot of storage space. Landlord told me that the
apartment is about 1200 sq. ft.. You can do a back ground check on me & you will find out that I have zero criminal history (never in prison, never in jail, never in police dept.. - I only got minor traffic violations like speeding or making a wrong turn or forgetting to buy a sticker for the license plates – {only small stuff}). I've never abused anyone. I'm responsible (although because of my bad memory, I make mistakes), honest, thoughtful, gentle & a good guy. Never been in a fight. I'm extremely docile. You will see that I am a very calm person (unless sometimes watching a sporting event, I can get emotional then). I'm courteous & kind & I will clean up in the common areas whatever crumbs or whatever that I drop. If you do things a certain way, I usually will try to accommodate your ways over what I usually have done in the past (it depends on what it is). I try to be an ethical person ( I will never go into another person's room {unless I get permission each time}), & I expect that no one ever comes in my bedroom unless I am there. I will never flirt with any roommate or their friends & I will be respectful to all of them. I do not smoke or do drugs or gamble (except maybe 4 times per year to buy a lotto ticket). I'll drink maybe 3 times per year. Thanks.
