The apartment has a large living room on the first floor as well as 1.5 baths, washer dryer, dishwasher and 2 bedrooms. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms as well and a bathroom. All rooms have AC units in them. The apartment is 5 min walk from Marcy ave stop and 10 minute walk to the L train. It’s a quick walk away to many restaurants on havemeyer and metropolitan ave. Currently living in the apartment is myself my friend Bryan and my brother Roberto. We have 1 room available currently but my brother will be moving soon so may have 2 potential rooms available.
