Recently purchased a beautiful brand new house in a nice neighborhood, and i'm looking for some chill guys to take over 2 of the rooms. All of the living spaces are now fully furnished including a large sectional couch, TV, washer/dryer, security system etc. I am constantly upgrading the house with a focus on maintaining the lawn, and I have hopes to add a backyard patio and gazebo!
I recently graduated from UTD with a degree in finance, and I now work (from home) as an account manager at Gartner.
