My roommate and I are seeking a third person to rent the remaining bedroom in the Graham Park area of Ottawa. Move in date: April 1st 2026. Rent is 1200.oo and includes utilities (hydro, heat and water). Internet and home insurance is extra. The townhouse features one parking spot and it is available as we do not have a vehicle. The lease will be one year.
We are seeking a professional, I work full time, sometimes from home and my roommate works full time outside the home.
