This condo is in a great location in Henderson on Sunset & Green Valley! Its a beautiful and quite place to live. I’m ready to rent out the second bedroom+ private bathroom. The third room is my Thai Massage room. There are 2 hot tubs in the complex which are open all summer. There is an HOA which keep the neighborhood nice. I try to be kind with all the neighbors, which are predominately retirement age. I am looking for a roommate that loves and supports the vision I have for this place. I want lots and lots of plants! I want it to feel like a little sanctuary, a place to rest and recover. I am open to the occasional guest. Unfortunately no pets or children.
