I spend most of my time doing 1 of 4 things
1. working on my job (I work in tech)
2. working on various side means of wealth building
3. chasing women
4. listening to hip hop

If you dont have a problem with me having this lifestyle, have a tolerance for degenerate humor, and can hold a conversation, I would like to be your roommate. I dont drink or smoke much but will dabble from time to time.

Ideally I want to get a place south of Washington square park near Bleecker st but am also open to LES. Let me know if you think we might be a good match and we can talk further; my plan is to meet a couple cool people on here, agree on a neighborhood and budget, and from there I’ll reach out to various brokers/landlords to find some options for us.
