Kitchen with dishwasher, electric range, refrigerator, lots of space to store food.

Spacious half a house with large attic storage for extra stuff.

Parking outside on lawn, or street (no speed bumps). Possible accomodations for electric car charging coming soon.

Huge washer and dryer capable of cleaning large laundry loads with advanced settings bought a year ago, so relatively new.

Located close to McMenamins bar, and downtown Troutdale with easy access to I-84, downtown Gresham.

First month rent, and $650 deposit half on utilities (water, electricity, internet, trash)
