I like to keep things clean—no lingering trash, boxes or dishes. I have a self-efficient small dog that loves to nap and cuddle all day and on occasion I have my brothers dog stay with me. I work in the events industry and don’t work from home, so I’ll be in and out daily and occasionally away for events. I like taking my dog to the pier, taking a gym class, hanging out with my boyfriends and friends, and going out with the girls. I like to listen to music, watching movies and tv shows (huge bravo lover) and I love to travel.

My roommate is moving out on Sept 1 and I am looking for someone to take over her part of the lease. The apartment is in a prime location to all subway stations, three blocks from pier 17 and the seaport area. Great food options and close to battery park. Laundry on 3 floors, Gym on 2 floors & rooftop terrace. The room is part of the flex wall at the end of the apartment. The room can fit a queen size comfortably. Closet is located out side the room. Amenities, water & gas are included. Electric is billed through the building between 40 and 50 each a month. Wi-Fi is 90 every 3 months. This is short term lease as original lease ends on March 31, 2024.
