Granite throughout the kitchen, all utensils, dishes, pots, and pans available. Large pantry. Living room well furnished, tv and streaming is connected, dining room furnished. Kitchen area all tile, other areas carpeted. Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy access to Mopac and I-35.

Owner is male, mature, educated, hispanic, employed, responsible, quiet, laid back happy guy that enjoys cycling, swimming and other physical activities. Current roommate is moving to go back to school. I am looking for a responsible, easy going roommate, that is gainfully employed and can be counted on to help keep the common areas clean and pay their fair share. The empty rooms are pretty generic 10 X 11, ceiling fan, closet (other storage available in the garage), this room leases for $750 a month plus a third of utilities (high of $240 to low of $160, just depends on A/C and heating use). Other room is bigger, 11X12 with bigger closet, this room is $800. Rooms are furnished with a full sized bed in one room and queen sized in the other. Could also offer dresser, desk or shelving. Shared bathroom. Internet is included in rent. Freshly vacuumed and steam cleaned.

Home is just south of Slaughter, near Manchaca, HEB nearby, Southpark Meadows 3 miles away. The home was built in 2015. Washer and dryer included. 6 month lease, then month to month, $500 security deposit, references and income verification required (earnings statement). Absolutely no smokers. No party people. No pets.
