I’m looking for a large room with good lighting and a space to work. Although my supervisor predicts the office will open up again soon, as of now I work from home. I prefer a place that is not a party home but I’m cool with occasional social gatherings. It would be lovely if there was a yard, outdoor space or a large balcony. Designated parking is a plus. Private pathroom preferred, but don’t mind sharing with another conscientious, clean roommate. I have a Persian cat named Smush, she is very sweet and quiet and can stay in my space if needed.
I would like to live with health conscious, working professionals or graduate students. I prefer neat common areas but I’m not OCD about it. I’m laid back, respectful, and enjoy an occasional dinner or hike, just a friendly atmosphere with roommate(s). I am often reading, studying, writing, seeing clients/working but also attend almost daily yoga or exercise classes and frequently meet friends for meals outside of the apt/house.
