Closing on a property at the end of August and looking to rent out one of the additional bedrooms (4,2) while I do some remodeling. I will cover Wifi, Utilities, etc. Really just looking to find a sweet middle ground for someone to have a temporary spot in a great location, and them subsidize my costs of improvements I'm looking to make starting immediately.

I have one dog, he loves people but is hit or miss with other dogs. He is well trained and understands what and where he is not allowed when told. I work from home most days so I'll be around frequently.

Longer term I will be looking to furnish out all the spaces, so if there's furniture you don't own but would be a necessity I'm happy to help prioritize that.
