Available Room for Rent

FURNISHED ROOM FOR SUBLET JANUARY-MAY 2020

Hello! We're looking for one woman identified individual to rent one room in a 3-bedroom house in West Medford. This is a short-term sublease from January 1st to May 31st. You will be living with two other women in their late 20s to 30s. The rent is $625 plus utilities (gas & internet). The landlord is looking for first, last, and half a month's rent security deposit.

The apartment is on the first floor with the landlord living on the second. There is no laundry, but there is a laundromat about a 5-minute drive from the house. There is free off the street parking. Walgreens and other stores and restaurants are about a 15-minute walk away. we have busses not to far from the house 80,94 and 95.No pets allowed. Must be okay with a chores list.

I will be leaving a queen-size bed (without a bed frame), a TV, and a TV table. If you want me to take them out, let me know.
