This is a 2 bedroom apartment and is very special ! Probably the nicest in the building . It has an amazing HUGE 1200 sq ft private fully furnished And fully landscaped outdoor deck and garden . Your bedroom opens up to the private out door space which also is located directly next to the pool , all out door entertaining , BBQ’s , dining tables as well as the gym and club room . Wholefoods is also located in the building so no need to drive anywhere to food shop also pharmacy’s are across the street and 95 entrance and exit directly in front of the building .
Looking for a roommate short term prefer month to month unless otherwise agreed . Must love dogs I have a 10 year old English bulldog sleeps most of the time living never barks or bites !!!
