Looking for a mature roommate to share a large 3 bedroom apartment equi-distant to Harvard/Porter/Davis Squares, Somerville.
This whole apartment is truly beautiful and comfortable— It is sunny, open, clean with plenty of common space.

The bedroom is available AUGUST 1ST for ONE YEAR commitment. It’s quite a large room, high ceilings and plenty of closet space. Sorry, no smoking, no couples and NO PETS.

There is on-street parking with permit.

Amenities include: Hard wood floors throughout, 10 foot-high ceilings, 1 full bath, storage area, laundry adjacent, sun room, large living room, & free cable/heat/hot water. (yes! That’s not a typo)

You would be sharing the apartment with two males in their 40s: one a freelance technology writer & the other: healthcare nurse who enjoys community music events, acupuncture and spending time in nature.

Apt. atmosphere: Truly laid back. Organic & vegan friendly, but we both eat meat occasionally. Committed to social ideals and a better world. We’re busy professionals who lead independent lives. But we enjoy sharing conversation, keeping a FRIENDLY, engaging environment and value open communication to resolve personal issues.

Looking for someone who’s mature to create a mindful, independent, responsible and easy-going, friendly atmosphere.

You: Interesting, easy to relate to, appreciates privacy but open to sharing, cares about keeping things clean (kitchen, bathroom, common areas) pays bills on time, etc.
