Hi! We are looking for a female, college age roommate. There are currently 2 mid 20s female tenants (including me). We are clean, organized, and respectful of other people’s spaces. We are both pretty laid back and mainly spend time at home. I have a well trained German Shephered who LOVES people and doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. I keep the kitchen and common living area clean and vacuumed since she sheds. We totally don’t mind having people over or having parties as long as you’re respectful and considerate of all the tenants. Let me know if you think we’d be a good fit! :)

Hello! A room just opened up in my 3BR/2BA 1,595ft2 Townhouse near Coal Mine/Kipling (Dutch Ridge) in Littleton, CO. The basement room is available May 1st 2026.
This is a 3-level townhouse, 2BR upstairs, 1BR in basement. No pets please. I have a well trained German Sheph*rd but only one pet is allowed. I am looking for a college age, female roommate. 6 or a 9 month lease.
The available room is in the basement and has a private bathroom. It is unfinished. Price is $700 as well as a $700 deposit. Wifi and utilities are split 3 ways each month. Wifi is $30 each per month. Utilities prices will vary month to month. Please let me know if you’re interested!! :)
