Room for Rent in Westminster - $850/Month - 1 BR/1 BA

One bed with private hall bath in 4 bed house. You’ll be sharing a house with two chicks, so another would be preferred, but open to a guy as well if it’s the right fit.
The room can be furnished or not, up to you.
House:
There’s a guest bedroom, 2 living areas, back deck over fenced yard, 2 car garage, shed in back, fully stocked kitchen (can always make space for anything), W/D, and we each pay 1/3 utilities-which is usually around $100 per person.
Roomies:
One of us is 33, works at a cool cidery, and the other is 35 and does multiple jobs but usually gets up early. We’re pretty chill most nights, but we love going to shows, hiking, camping, paddle boarding, and adventures in general. We keep the house pretty tidy, don’t have parties (but don’t mind people over here and there), and are 420 friendly.
No pets as we already have the max for our lease, so you would have to be ok with dogs and cats (all very sweet).
Lease can start 1/1/22, but open to as late as 2/1/2022.
