My sturdy brick condo is a renovated, furnished, turnkey unit in the well-maintained Woodside Condominiums complex in the 02467 zip code area! My condo consists of an updated eat-in kitchen with Quartz Countertops, Stainless Appliances: Sink, Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Stovetop/Oven Range, & Dishwasher, a spacious Family/Living Room area, two great sized Bedrooms, and a Bathroom.

I rent the Second Bedroom and spend a lot of time creating art for my full-time studies at Mass Art. I also manage a local ice cream shop. The condo is located in a very safe community with on-property access to tennis courts, an inground swimming pool, a playground, ample visitor parking, and cheap, in-building laundry.

Along with the Master Bedroom rental and One Deeded Parking Spot your accommodations would include Hot /Cold Water, Sewer, Trash Removal, Exterior Maintenance, Road Maintenance, Landscaping, and Snow Removal. Renter DOES NOT pay HOA fees. HOA fees paid by the owner monthly.
