I am a 44 male, health focused, multimedia developer. Most of the time I am in the office but sometimes I am able to WFH. Now to the really important compatibility stuff :)

I am a VERY early riser. As in 3:30 - 4:00 am. I am ninja-quiet in the morning, however, it would be great to also find an early riser so I don’t have to be. This means I am early to bed, typically 8:30pm. If you are up after this time, you will also need to be a quiet evening person. If we have the same type of schedule, this would be best. I leave the house about 5 am to get to the gym or for a ride.

I am an introverted homebody, mostly. I do not party, drink, or use drugs. If you are looking to party, this is not the right place for you. I also rarely have guests. I do not have an issue if you do occasionally. We will also need to set rules for possible partners being over. As suggested by the professionals, we will draw up a roommate contract. This will eliminate some communication problems and future misunderstandings.
I am sensitive to concentrated smells such as perfumes, cologne, etc.

Oh, I am mostly politically left. I do not discriminate, period. LGBTQ+ friendly. I will not tolerate discrimination. If you do not value human rights, individual choice, or gender equality, this is not the place for you.
