Hello!

I’m looking for a tenant with a clean background. Someone who is clean, reliable, drug free, drama free, responsible, and who has a job or social security. Must love dogs. We have a little pomeranian dog named Kuma. Your master bedroom will come fully furnished with a King size bed, dresser, walk-in closet, private bathroom (includes his and her sink, shower and tub), and high-speed Internet. You will share a parking spot, washer and dryer, full use of the kitchen, living room and patio.

The first months rent and security deposit is due at the beginning of the month. It will be $1,500 for the security deposit and $1,500 for or the first months rent. So your total is $3,000 I will also conduct a full background check on you.
