Available Room for Rent

I live here with two roommates and friends of many years. One of us is moving out and myself and the other roommate would like to stay, but we need to fill the spot he is leaving. We are both 26M who work close by or sometimes work from home. We appreciate keeping a clean house, don't have a ton of guests over outside of our girlfriends, and are usually up early.
This townhome has been great the last year and has a TON of space. The first floor is the 2-car garage and converted bedroom. Second floor has two large living areas, a dining area, half bath, and kitchen with two ovens, dishwasher, stove, fridge, etc.. Third floor has the master bedroom and bath, laundry room, small bedroom that is being used as an office, YOUR bedroom is next to the office, and a full bath in the hallway that would be completely YOURS.
YOUR bedroom can comfortably fit a queen bed, tv stand, dresser, and night stand. It also has a walk-in closet and vaulted ceilings.
A bit more about us: we both played soccer through college and enjoy playing on a couple teams during the week along with other sports related activities. Both enjoy cooking and going out with friends. Pretty easy to get along with and will put effort into helping you move in and getting to know you.
