Zack D - $750/month

I am looking for a someone to split the payments of a house or condo in the Tempe/Scottsdale area. I will moving out of my parents house and into my first home. I am in college for another 3 semesters in pursuit of Electrical Engineering degree. I work as a paid intern at an engineering firm and also at Oreganos as a server. I have a 720 credit score with no debt. I am hoping to find someone who is attending college as well and has a stable, well-paying job to support rent. My ideal monthly payment for the both of us would be $1000-$1500.
