My partner and I are looking for college age couples or individuals up for a one year lease on house with garage and in unit laundry in the southeast Portland area. Our ideal move in date is sometime before late February (start of PCC spring term)

The two of us are creative hobbyists (automotive & textile) currently attending PCC. We have jobs, and abide by a relatively normal sleep schedule. We are not partiers but do enjoy the occasional beverage/substance and some socializing. We host arts and crafts nights, enjoy sharing meals, and having friends over during normal hours.
