Well, here goes:

Looking for a place starting October 1st -- would prefer the UWS or Astoria, but would consider anywhere in Manhattan or Queens. I work in a restaurant and I'm a writer, so I keep late hours and tend not to be home too often; I need roommates who also like to keep a clean & respectful space. I am very friendly, though I do like to keep to myself and relax in my room when I'm at home. I am 4/20 friendly and like to cook, so the ideal roommate relationship would involve occasionally breaking bread and sharing a joint. As long as we are simply mutually respectful, I would be happy. 

Ideally I would pay no more than 1200, but I could go up to 1500/month for the right fit and location. If that sounds like a match, please reach out! If we don't, best of luck to you in your search for a happy living situation.
