Hi, I'm Isabella. I'm an NYU Freshman studying Interactive Media Arts, currently on student leave. I work as a freelance artist currently, but I'm looking to pick up a part time job when I move to NYC.

Looking to rent out a room (or a couch, you know, that's fine too) for approx 4 months until Spring semester starts (mid/late Sept - mid/late Jan). Hoping to find a place close to NYU, or somewhere with good commute and in a safe area.

Female roommates only, ideally closer in age but not really a big problem as long as we're chill. I'll totally love your pets. General home hygiene is important, but I'm not a clean freak about it, I'd just prefer common areas to be tidy (and I'll leave them tidy after I use them!).

I'm non-judgemental, clean, a little absent-minded but super willing to have a good conversation and hear about a bit of spilt tea :). I'm also covid-conscious & fully vaccinated. I don't drink or smoke, but I dont mind if you do.

I like calling with friends online more or less frequently, sometimes late at night, but I can accommodate if you need quiet! I always use earbuds.
