My partner and I are moving to the east coast because of a job relocation. We are trying to find somebody to take over our lease starting January 1, 2023.

We have one girl interested in the apartment but she is looking for a roommate. If interested I can connect you with her (girls between 20 - 30 only please, she does not want a male roommate!)

Very bright and spacious 2 bed / 2 bath apartment location in South Loop. Comes with in-unit laundry and a dishwasher. Also has two balconies which face the west side and have a view of Sears Tower. The building is pet friending and has attached garage parking. There is front desk security and the building becomes key access only at night. The rent is $1,340/room/month which includes all utilities except electricity and wi-fi.

We are willing to split the move-in fees with the future tenets. Also will be selling some nice furniture for a steep discount.
