Living room, Kitchen and .5 bathroom are downstairs as well as small patio.
Shared spaces are fully furnished. It's vibrant and cozy!
Street parking only. Near Goldline, Target, APU, Citrus College less than a mile away.
Looking for someone Clean, organized and responsible who likes cats and doesn't smoke.(I'm okay if you smoke outside of the apartment) as long as I dont smell it!
