The townhome is very modern large windows Juliet balconies in both rooms. Professional chefs kitchen. Rooftop with a soon to be hot tub on roof. We each have our own bathrooms. Below our townhome is a retail space at the moment it’s empty but could be used as a home office if needed. There’s lots of restaurants and coffee in walking distance. South Pearl st farmers market is one block up every Sunday. The famous Sushi Den is two blocks up. South Pearl neighborhood is so fun everyone is friendly and there’s Wash park 5 min away.
Whole Foods and sprouts are walking distance.
