I’m in my late twenties and work a pretty standard 9–5 schedule, mostly in-office with some work-from-home days. During the school year, I also work part-time with elementary students through DCPS after school.

I’d describe myself as outgoing, friendly, and pretty easygoing. I’m definitely an extrovert, but I have my introvert days too—sometimes after a long day I’m perfectly happy just being quiet, relaxing, and doing my own thing. I love traveling and usually take several trips throughout the year. I also enjoy going to the gym, cooking at home, and occasionally going out for drinks or dinner.

As a roommate, I’m respectful of shared spaces and don’t bring a lot of company over. I’m in a relationship, but I typically spend time at my boyfriend’s place rather than having him over often.

I’m a clean person and like to keep my space and common areas pretty tidy. I’m not super strict about everything being spotless 24/7—a dish in the sink here and there is normal—but I do like to do a good apartment cleaning about once a week and generally keep things picked up, especially shared spaces like the kitchen.

I’m 420-friendly, although I prefer the home itself not to constantly smell like smoke. I’m also dog-friendly, especially with hypoallergenic breeds. I have a really nice couch from my current apartment that I’d be happy to bring if the living room needs furniture.

Overall, I’m pretty adaptable when it comes to roommates. I don’t expect us to be best friends, but I’m definitely open to being friendly and hanging out if we naturally click. The biggest things for me are mutual respect, communication when needed, keeping shared spaces comfortable, and everyone consistently handling their responsibilities.
