Hey y’all, I’m Bella! I’m originally from the DFW area and have lived in Austin for the past two years. My current roomie who is my childhood friend and is planning on moving in with her boyfriend if we can find a roommate to replace her. I’m looking for someone to move in April 1st- October 31st. Of course if it worked out I wouldn’t mind renewing with you. I only have one pet who is a cute kitty named Fang. I don’t mind pets as long as they are taken care of well. This is the master bedroom I’m looking for a roommate for, and lots of cool amenities. This is the apartment layout I put as the photo because my roomie is currently occupying the space, and I circled what would be yours. The $1100 does include all utilities, and the rent. $1100 is truly the max you would pay. It is sometimes lower depending on how utilities fluctuate.
