I’m a mid-20s creative who works weekdays in the loop. I moved to Chicago a few months ago and rented a 2-bedroom planning to have a friend who was going to move live with me. Large bedroom (big enough for a queen bed + dresser with space) in 2 bed, 1 bath available December 1 (somewhat flexible) through April 2020. $925/month – All utilities included.
About the room:
The room is available furnished (as pictured) or empty. The bedroom is large, (11 ft x 11 ft) and has a big closet (8 ft x 2.5 ft) with sliding mirror doors. The opposite wall is all windows with a pretty view overlooking George St.
About the apartment:
The apartment has new appliances, including a dishwasher and an in-unit washer/dryer. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to Logan Square, the interstate, Aldi, and the blue line (only a 8 minute walk from the Logan Square blue line station). There is lots of street parking (no permit needed) available nearby. Other perks include: great natural light, small porch with skyline view, and hardwood floors throughout.
