I’m a mid-20s creative who works weekdays in the loop. I moved to Chicago a few months ago and rented a 2-bedroom planning to have a friend who was going to move live with me. She's since been in a work-related accident and can't leave her job until her treatment is over, so I'm looking to rent out the second room for the remainder of my lease, with an option to resign together.
I like to travel, so I’m out of town many weekends. When I am at home I can be found caring for my many plants or painting/crafting. Additionally, I like to check out new bars, restaurants, and events in my free time.

Large bedroom (big enough for a queen bed + dresser with space) in 2 bed, 1 bath available December 1 (somewhat flexible) through April 2020. $925/month – All utilities included.
About the room:
The room is available furnished (as pictured) or empty. The bedroom is large, (11 ft x 11 ft) and has a big closet (8 ft x 2.5 ft) with sliding mirror doors. The opposite wall is all windows with a pretty view overlooking George St.
About the apartment:
The apartment has new appliances, including a dishwasher and an in-unit washer/dryer. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to Logan Square, the interstate, Aldi, and the blue line (only a 8 minute walk from the Logan Square blue line station). There is lots of street parking (no permit needed) available nearby. Other perks include: great natural light, small porch with skyline view, and hardwood floors throughout.
