Myself (female, straight, 27) and my roommate Brian (male, gay, 26) are searching for a 3rd roommate to fill an upcoming vacancy. The listing is located in the Brewertytown neighbrohood of Philadelphia in the Brewertytown Court townhome community.
The room can fit a queen/full bed and has a good sized closet, and you'd get your own bathroom and shower. There is plenty of free street parking and it's close to bus stops and the art muesuem. Also includes in-unit washer and dryer.
The house is about 15 years old with new applicances. The community is semi-gated and the house features digital keycode password entry. Our big, beautiful house is located in close distance to Fairmount, University City, and only a short bus ride (15 minutes or so) to Center City. We're also located directly behind an Aldi and liquor store.
Brian and I are life long friends and are both considerate roomates and funloving friends. Our cat, Hazelnut, is extremely tame and friendly. We both have full time jobs, so during the week we like to cook, hangout, and watch TV together in the living room. My boyfriend comes over sometimes as well, but isn't there super frequently.
On the weekends we sometimes go out or have our friends over, or we spend time doing our own thing. We clean up after ourselves and take care of our space, but aren't psychos about it.
