Couple (M/W) in 2 bed 2 bath house/complex looking for a FEMALE ONLY roomate, either short term or long term to move in before or on July 1st

Month to month (no long term lease required)
1 bedroom 1 private bathroom for rent, parking space, in-house washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven(although isn't working at the moment), stove, Heater/AC, must be okay with cats, nice complex(pool, gym, game room, event room), very close to all the freeways and 5 min away from the Burbank airport. Also, the complex is gated with security at night.

The rent is $1150/month. I will pay internet and the 3 of us can split the utility bill. I handle most of the cleaning/chores so you won't have to worry about a dirty apartment.

The room is small but nice and you will have your own private bathroom. We are very kind and respectful and will never invade your privacy and we are looking for someone who will be the same. No parties or large gatherings. We're just looking for someone who kind and conscientious.

I'm currently in the process of moving my office out of the room and rearranging the place. Looking to have somebody move in on or before the first of July. No security deposit required just the rent for July.
