I'm moving out of the country and am looking for someone to take my place in this newly repainted, spacious 2bed/1 bath apartment in Westwood, about a 20 minute walk into Westwood Village. Rent + wifi is $1150 per month, utilities would come to about $60 - $80 per month. Security deposit is $950. Available October 1st.

The apartment:
- spacious kitchen and living room
- washer/dryer in unit
- off-street parking
- shared bathroom
- carpeted
- quiet neighborhood
- very walkable and accessible. Sprouts is a block away and it's very easy to get to the 405.
- MUST be ok with living with a small bird and must be mindful in the use of chemicals that may harm the bird.
- no shoes inside the house, house slippers are ok.

Looking for someone who is considerate, easy going, clean, prefers quiet nights in, but is not completely a hermit and works full-time or a very respectable/responsible college student. No heavy drinkers or drug users.

Current roommate: Early 30's female professional in finance, working full time. Owns the bird and has been in the apartment for 5 years now. Very clean and considerate. Enjoys watching tv, working out and easy to talk to. Currently works from home because of COVID but usually works in an office during the day. She's up to doing things together, but also respects your own space and time.
