I live with my daughter 42, and granddaughter 12 years old in a lovely home that has a basement with a den, a large bedroom, and a private bathroom for someone to rent. we work and go to school during the day and get together with other family on Sundays good Italian meal after church. The only time that there would be noise would be during CU football season because we are big fans! Go Buffs

Basement apartment with one large bedroom, a den and a private bath. All utilities are included. The bedroom is furnished but the den is empty for you to furnish as you please. There is a microwave and you are welcome to use a crock-Pot, but no hot plates please. Plenty of parking. We are three women living in the house and one is my 12-year-old granddaughter. So please females only need respond.
We are not 420 friendly because my granddaughter is highly allergic and the smell makes her sick. You will have a refrigerator and freezer in the garage.
All utilities are included. Freshly painted and newly carpeted.
