I'm big into outdoors. In the summers, I spend most my time hiking, camping, golfing, traveling and out with friends, but we'll see how things shake out with everything going on.
I have one 13-year-old dog, who goes most places with me. She's tiny in stature, very quiet and rarely barks. She gets along with other animals, but isn't much into playing since she's getting on in years.
I've been spending a lot of time playing the piano, cooking, baking, golfing, going on walks...really anything that keeps me active.
I work in marketing and currently work from home. The hope is I'll be back in an office sometime soon. I occassionally go into the apartment lounge area or across the street to a tea store to get a change of scenery.
My living style is clean and quiet. I keep a tidy kitchen and like to keep common areas as tidy as possible. I occasionally stay up late, but am respectful of common areas and move to my bedroom (on the other side of the apartment) if I'm up late.

The apartment is quite large (1160+ sqft) and includes an entryway, coat closet, laundry room (in-unit washer and dryer), kitchen, living room, dining room, balcony, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, and walk-in closets.
The shared space would come mostly furnished.
Your space would include your own bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom and parking spot in an enclosed garage. If needed, a dresser, bookcase, towels and sheets can be provided.
It's a nice neighborhood for walking dogs and venturing out. It's a short walk to restaurants, bars, fitness studios, shops, and downtown. And, there is easy access to 25.
It's a small building and the tenants skew toward more professional and established households. The building tends to be low-key and quiet.
Rent includes utilities (water, electric, trash, WiFi, and parking). Additional animals are welcome, but include additional rent and deposit fees.
There is cable access to the building, but I do not currently have cable.
The rent varies each month based on utilities, so I've listed on the HIGH side. Rent lately has been between 2600-2700.
You will need to complete an application and deposit fee from the apartment complex, which varies based on if you have a pet.
I have listed the lease duration as 6 months, but you may sign a 3, 6 or 9 month lease (the current lease expires end of April)...you are welcome to stay until April if you'd like.
