The building has a package room, mail room, space for receipt of dry cleaning, overnight security, a gym, a bike room. The building is full of professionals, i.e. CEOs, Attorneys, Doctors, etc. Your share is $1,150
The unit has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, all stainless appliances, hardwood floors, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. Large windows and high ceilings with lots of sunlight and a great view of the city. There is parking available for cost. Easy access to public transportation.
The apartment is a nice size, as it is the available room. The room is not furnished, but the living spaces are.
I am an early 30's professional male who works a lot. I like quiet evenings, and get up early. I work a fair bit and would like someone who also is a professional.
