I am a 19-year-old student who is looking for a roommate below 34th St, Manhattan. I am quite sociable, and my favorite activities are reading, pilates, going on long walks, and frequenting various cultural venues such as museums. I would love a roommate in her early 20s who enjoys going out but also is very into health and wellness. I have no pets and spent tons of time at cafes, so you will have a lot of personal space, should you want it. I would like to get a 2-bedroom apartment ideally in East Village, West Village, Nomad, Chelsea, etc. I would like to pay no more than $2700 for my portion of the rent, but I do not want a very run down place, so someone who wants to get a more luxurious apartment (relatively speaking) for a total of $5500 split is probably best for me.
