Looking to replace our roommate on a 1 year lease. This is not a sublet, just a tenant swap. House is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath. You would share a large bathroom with 1 other person. Each roommate will have their own side of the counter and own sink! We have access to a pool, gym, grill area. The common areas are mostly furnished, anything we don’t have I’m willing to buy but if someone moving in has furniture that works too.
I am in the music industry and spend a lot of times at shows or traveling! Our other roommate works from home in sales.
