Hi there!

A little about me:
I am a 24 year old female. I was my ill grandmother’s full-time caretaker for a year, which was my job. She passed away suddenly two months ago. Quickly after, we lost the house. I was suppose to have two more months to find a full-time job and a place, but I now only have until the 13th of this month.

!! I DO STILL HAVE A STABLE SOURCE OF INCOME !! I am currently self-employed with promised rent on time. Once I know the area in which I’m living, I’ll then also begin finding a second job.

I am 420 friendly but I can accommodate if you are not. I currently have two cats but one might be staying elsewhere. My cats are extremely well-behaved and trained.

I would prefer a female roommate(s), but I’m open to all.

I’m very clean, responsible, reliable, and I tend to keep to myself but I am also very friendly. Not a partier, never loud.
