Hey, I’m Deb. Just living with the ex husband and it’s time to get my own place. I am very busy with my company. I love outdoors and I love all living creature, but I’m not weird about it. I’m not judgmental but I am clean and would appreciate roommates who are clean as well.

If you have a nice place I’ll meet you and see if we are a fit.

Alternately, there are some super nice 3br 3 ba homes for rent for @$1600 -$1700 so ideally I can find two other roommates and we could have a super nice place for only @ $550 -$600! each.

We must all be on the lease so have good credit and rental history please. This could be a great opportunity for the right people, however I have gotten burned before by taking responsibility for the lease.

I would entertain one roommate, we just would need to plan on paying at least @$700 to get a nice place.

I would like to be in or near Mooresville, but that is not a deal breaker.

Hit me up . I am a little flexible about move in date, but As Soon As Possible would be nice.
